    Crispy fish and beef frikkadels

    1st course:
    Tuna, watercress, fried egg yolk
    Jim beam, drambuie, honey/corn syrup

    2nd course:
    Bacon-wrapped char siu shrimp, broccoli
    Basil hayden’s, dubonnet rouge, sassafras bitters, amaro nonino

    3rd course:
    Pork and seafood dumpling soup, Thai coconut broth

    4th course:
    Wagyu beef, tiger shrimp, hoisin beef sauce, peanut chutney, potato masala, mixed vegetables
