      • We work directly with small purveyors to bring in local products harvested with care and prepare them in a fine dining, but unpretentious, atmosphere

      • Birch supports local business by purchasing from small farms and producers that focus on sustainability and care. We offer a constantly rotating Tasting or Prix Fixe meny with plenty of seafood and vegetarian dishes.
